If you are, in fact, a Realtor you should disclose your identity. And you should learn the proper use of the Realtor trademark. And you should ask some of your fellow professionals your question - your mnaging broker, say, rather than posting on Trulia.

But then everyone knows you're not a Realtor and wonders who exactly is shilling for what here.

I spent a lot of time at ActiveRain before leaving it some while back. It was a swamp of fair housing violations, sleazy unlicensed agents, mortgage scammers and more. There were some good people there, but the signal to noise ratio was far too low.

I would check out http://www.ActiveRain.com for great real estate professionals and loan officers.
