Just sign up with as many companies as you can. Usually the big ones like Clear Capital, Emortage Logic, Land America cover most areas. Try this site to find a bunch of companies. Good luck.

Google it! That is what we did. Keep a list of the companies you sign up for and sign up for many. It may take a while to get a response...remember that alot of agents are out there looking to do BPOs and REOs as well. Receiving BPO requests are the easiest of the two. REOs are harder to come by. Also, remember that if you do a BPO, it isn't necessarily going to turn into a REO listing for you. Most don't.

One last thing. Talk to your broker to make sure he/she doesn't require that the check goes to the company first & that you use the companies TIN. Most brokers don't care, however, there are those that want a cut. Good luck Luci!

FIRST ANSWER
You need to start out by doing bpo's. If you perform a search for companies you will find many.
