Greetings, Ms. Zanella.
The market in thhis area has gradually felt the effects of the downturn, but has remained relatively stable - primarily because of the presence of Appalachian University and it's attendant need for student and faculty housing, along with a fairly steady second home market for summer and winter visitors.
Homes are on the market about 40-50 days longer (av. 228 days vs 186 in the past few years).
To answer your other questions, no, we do not have listing book, but you can access homes on the IDX system through our website: http://www.coldwellbankerblair.com. If you wish, I can set up your criteria into a search format that will send new or reduced price listings automatically on a daily basis. If you would like additional information on this, and on homes in this area, please feel free to contact me at realtymaven2005@yahoo.com.
