You can't go wrong with The Real Estate Group. I am very happy with the training, brokerage and support I receive from them. You should schedule an interview with one of the four brokers. Good luck to you in your new career!

Congrats buddy! I went straight from school to Rose and Womble, training is intense, but absotuley useful unlike RE School. They are very traditional as a firm which I love, we focus on selling real estate and not the hot topic of the day. If you want me to put you in contact with the person who can give you all the info, I'm happy to, or feel free to drop by my office and check it out. Just give me a holler or email me

I have been with a few and have even owned my own. Recently relocated to the area a couple of years ago was tough but if your are with a Firm that gives you the support and tools you need in order to be successful is key. What also helped my decision was interviewing with other firms, research, and process of elimination which helped immensely. Prudential Towne Realty has given me the support and jump start to make sure my business is successful. I am truly impressed with the way business is conducted and the support the managing broker gives us agents. Good Luck!

Its very important to choose the right brokerage. A franchise might be good nation wide but you want to find out who is dominating in your market. That company will give you the best market share. I say for new agents training is very important. Another reason I choose my company was for the sponsoring residuals, a way of making passive income with no limit in real estate. There is not company that offer this very particular structured program that is working. Give me a call or email me directly for more questions.

Congratulations on passing your exam! I became a Keller Williams, Greenbrier Associate this past January and I am exceptionally happy with my choice. The training offered by Keller Williams is second to none. In my opinion, what is even better than the training I received is the family atmosphere at our office. Everyone helps everyone to is a true team effort. Give me a call at 757-880-7891 if you have any questions.

In the end its your business and the broker doesn't impact you as much as you would think. Your clients are investing in you, not the broker. Your business is more portable than you think.

I highly recommend when choosing your broker to do your research, meet with them, tour the offices, and even reach out to local agents to get their opinions in your specific area.

Just as when you go on a listing appointment in the future and the seller interviews their top choices of agents - you want to do the same when choosing your broker.

Congrats and good luck in the world of Real Estate!

Forget companies, I would find out who the #1 producing agent is in the market, follow them around and do what they do.

I joined Exit Realty Central about 3.5 years ago after interviewing 4 other companies and I am so glad that I did because of the training, marketing that is available to buyers/sellers, support from not just the broker but from other agents as well. We are all like family and we try to get together hold events such as training's for agents and family events as well. If you interested in just checking out our firm let me know and I would be happy to set up a meeting with our broker, Kimberly Plourde, very easy going, no pressure. As I mentioned, being able to go to someone when you need them is very important to me and probably to you as well if you have a brand new agent, to have communication and accessibility. along with Exit Realty Central's top notch training and technology is another important key. The commission split to start is not bad either!!!!
