What I'm looking for are some broker recommendations in the San Gabriel Valley area. Please tell me why you recommend your broker and why they are good for a new agent. Focus on what the typical split for this broker is, training programs for new agents and what sort of support services for new agents they provide.

Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave,

Congratulations on your new career decision. The broker you want to talk to is Neil Schwartz at Century 21 Masters, his phone number is (909) 595-6697. Neil is best there is. Neil was an original trainer with the Mike Ferry Organization which is the best Real Estate & Financial Services Coaching network in the country. Realtors who work with the Mike Ferry Organization pay upwards of a $1,000.00 a month for their coaching services. With Neil you have that coaching for free and coupled with his Monday through Friday training where you will talk about Real Estate contracts, Sales Training, Marketing Strategies and more will translate to the absolute best training you will find. The results to Neil's efforts is the #7 office in the Century 21 system nationwide, the #1 Century 21 office in Los Angeles County, & the #2 Century 21 office in California. Training is the most important area when it comes to starting your real estate career on the right track. If you have any further questions please feel free to call me in my office at (626)610-1179. Make it happen!

Matt

in all honesty, the beauty of this business is that you can get out what you put in. As long as you are ready, willing and able to do everything possible to acheive success ethically you'll get there. You might get a better foundation with the right national company and stay there for the rest of your career or perhaps a couple years down the line when you feel like you've "got it" and established a strong clientele base go independent, so many options...

Congrats on getting through school. I'm with KW and honestly its the best thing that I could've done. The training and ongoing support is 2nd to none. In this business, you need a strong foundation and KW provides that and more! Good luck!

Hi Dave,
Go to: http://www.kw.com/kw/Join-Our-Family.html
It says it all! Where else can you get on-going training for your business, have a non-competitive Team Leader instead of a King or Queen Broker, enjoy an Agent Leadership Counsel to govern, and be a member of profit share every month without monetary investment?
I waited 5 yrs for KW to come to Huntsville and that was 6 years ago! The best 6 years of my life!

Hi DAve,
I have to agree with Dot. Keller Williams is the most progressive real estate agency out there. They have just built a better mouse trap! I love the company. I love the philosophy. I love what I have learned and gained while there! Google Keller Williams and find out for yourself. Then make an appointment with KW and with some other brokerages and do the comparison for yourself. When it comes right down to it, you have to make the right choice for you!

Hi Dave,

Congratulations on your decision to get into real estate! You made a wise decision to jump into a fun and exciting career, as I'm sure many of the other agents here will attest to! When I made my decision to join Coldwell Banker, the main reasons were the excellent training and support they give their agents, as well as the buzz of activity and constant phone calls when I first visited the office. It certainly doesn't hurt that Coldwell Banker has a dominating brand name and market presence worldwide, either, which also helped in my decision - the Coldwell Banker name is well known and well respected all over.

That being said, I would definitely recommend interviewing with several different brokerage companies and seeing what each of them offer their agents, and making a decision based on what you are looking for & how you feel after meeting with them. Good luck in your decision & your new career!
