I have my New jersey real estate license would like to get New York real estate linense what are the requirements ?

You will need to take the New York Real Estate Exam. You can bypass taking the required courses all over again, only if you can provide documentation from the credited school. Find your original certificate or request a copy from the NJ school you previously went to.

I only took the New Jersey real estate class (75 hours) without taking NJ real estate exam, can I just take the New York Real Estate Exam?

Brokers only have to pass the test. Sales associates may have to sit the hours for the test, first.
