I have my New Yorkreal estate license would like to get New Jersey real estate license what are the requirements ?

Same here Keith, I held New York License for years. After moving to Jersey I felt funny having to go back to school for what I had been doing for so long. However, there was no other way. It was a great refresher for me. Its amazing the things we miss on the first round. Good luck.

It's also interesting how the two states do things a little differently. It must be good to have that cross-state flexibility.

Check with on of the NJ real estate schools for on-line courses, but I don't believe you can short cut the dozens and dozens of hours of instruction you are required to be exposed to. After the instruction, a practice test is administered before you can take the actual State test.
