I am a realtor but also have my own home staging business. I have had great success supplying other agents with my brochures to use in their listing packages. I offer free consultations that they in turn can offer to their prospective clients. This helps the agents offer more to the sellers, helping their chances of getting the listing. It also gets my brochure into the sellers' hands-- even if the agent does not get the listing. Hope this helps!
I am in Jacksonville,FL and I would and I have a client that is selling out desperation, however they still live in the home - and I recommended some changes to them that they could make with their existing furniture, etc. I think your services would be a great value in a middle price market, or even a "Get It Sold" type of service, like the HGTV show. I would love to get some additional info, or brochure, website about what you offer.
I am a Freelance Home Stager, looking to get started in the business professionally. Can I ask if you are looking for a business partner? Home Staging/Home Decorating, is my passion in life, and would love to help you stage homes and beyond. I currently live in Redmond, Oregon, but within the next couple of months, will be relocating to Jacksonville, FL., and desire the opportunity to start working for a Home Staging Company. I would love to forward you pictures of home staging jobs, and decorating jobs I have completed, where homes have sold because of my staging, if you are interested, I could also forward my resume, professional references and well as my profile picture, for your consideration. I have worked directly with realtors and homeowners alike. I decorated a new office and patient lounge for the American Cancer Society in Bend, Oregon, last year. I look forward to your response, my E-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I see that your post is a bit over 2 yrs. ago, how is your business doing now?
Thank you and have a wonderful day.
I understand that staging is considered part of doing business on the West Coast and in more forward thinking markets. Florida is slow to get with the trends...but we're working on it!
I appreciate your response :-)
