As an Alternative Broker you will find we willTo sell work work with your client on a very fair commission fee as well as work with you on a referral fee. I would leave the terms up to you.From the other comments you can see you have some very good agents to select from. The time frame of when your client needs to be in Massachusetts , when they will enter a contract with you and need to Louisville is really the base line to start from.
To sell a condo it helps to understand the condo lifestyle. 1) I love living in my condo and can't think of a better lifestyle that fits my needs . 2) My background in mortgage banking will allow me to guide the buyer over the landmines the new financial rules have laid that can blow a deal up quickly.

This is a challenging condo market. I currently have 2 condos listed; it is a very specific buyer and the values have dropped considerably since 2007. Terms, conditions and upgrades are very important.
