Omar Zapata, Real Estate Pro in Clifton, NJ

I found a website called listingGrabber that says it can help you get new listings. Has anybody tried this site? Does it work? Is it expensive?

This is just advertising uou are buying. i spent 3 years selling adverising and based in my experience here's what I would do. Call these people and talk to the sales rep. Ask them about the following:

How much traffic does their website get every month?

How much traffic does you city or target territory get every month?

How many people are registering in that territory monthly?

What is your converstion rate? How many clicks to contact?

Do you track the number of calls made from you sight by providin tracking numbers?

Is your billing month to month or is it a contractual?

Then see if you can verify the traffic to their site using a site called quantcast.com.

As a generral rule if thumb anything. That is under 1000 visits a month is usually a waste of time.

Good luck.

Most website that promise listings including Trulia FAIL big time to provide good, real lead, but take your money. Truila also does not like it when you give truthful answers against them. The Dallas area Rep is a joke.
Just be careful and do your research.

I don't know since I've never used it before. If it's not that expensive I think if you can try it for a few months (with no contract).

Don't know about this service. Not a fan of spending for leads. Not sure of the cost versus reward.

You should'nt go with any such thing that you simply find in searches. Just try to know every thing about it and go a little deeper into it. Then only decide to invest in it. If you need any help in investing into real estate then let me know it . I can help you better i guess. Ring me on 214-810-4339 .

Omar,
Recently I had the opportunity to look under the hood of Listing Grabber and wrote a review of my finding. As long as you know what you are buying, you will not be dissappointed.
Without spilling the beans...take a read.

As you can see, LG does present some benefits. These benefits, however, must exist in harmony with your business implementation.

Hello Omar,

I never heard of it but does not mean it is not reputable site. If it really works see if they will give you a free trial period and other agents that are using it for a reference.

Good luck
