I am wondering what kind of continuing education classes agents enjoy taking?

Asked by Tammy Benkwitt, Katonah, NY Mon Feb 9, 2009

Do you prefer on-line courses to classrooms? What subjects interest you the most? Are you considering designations and if so, which ones? What kinds of qualities or expectations do you look forward to most in the classroom? I volunteer on the education committee of my local board, and we want to provide innovative changes to our program. Any constructive thoughts anyone would like to share would be appreciated!

I personally prefer to go to a class than to do it online. Too much distractions in the house. Most of the courses I plan on taking will involve foreclosures, REO's and short sales. Will also look at Commercial and Medical property courses as well.

I recently took a class that talks about working with international buyers and showing them how to obtain certain visas so that they can purchase property or start a business here. That class was full and got the attention of a lot of agents here in Atlanta. That might be something worth looking into

Most of the Agents here in Florida are taking classes in Personal Bankruptcy

Gives us something to do for our future.-

But really I have been going to class on dealig with International buyer, short sales, REO's just anything to
help deal with our situation.
