I am seriously considering selling my 420 acre farm in Black,Mo. and I'm thinking that I would prefer an
agent in Farmington. Who has the best reputation for being able to market and sell extremely unique larger acreage properties?

Good luck with your sale. What is unique about your property? Do you have river frontage? marketable timber? (if so, I do know a corporate buyer who might be interested) There is no doubt that Black is a remote location, but that does not mean there is not a buyer out there for you. You might consider listing in Desloge (my company has an office there), because buyers in Jefferson County would see the listing. Feel free to email me.
