Good luck with your sale. What is unique about your property? Do you have river frontage? marketable timber? (if so, I do know a corporate buyer who might be interested) There is no doubt that Black is a remote location, but that does not mean there is not a buyer out there for you. You might consider listing in Desloge (my company has an office there), because buyers in Jefferson County would see the listing. Feel free to email me.
