Ronald.dunaw…, Home Buyer in New Braunfels, TX

I am planning on obtaining my Real Estate License in NV and working primarily to lease Condos in The Las Vegas area for a broker. What can I expect?

Asked by Ronald.dunaway, New Braunfels, TX Sun Jul 6, 2014

I have been a leasing agent for 17 years for regular Apt. Communities. I am considering getting my Nevada R.E. License and working for a well known broker in The Las Vegas area leasing Condos while I get my feet wet in The Sales Market. Can I expect a decent income if I am an exceptioal leasing agent?

Ronald, The rewards can be very profitable in the Real Estate Business. Of course you are aware that there are no guarantees in this business. Each Brokerage has it's advantages and dis-advantages. Good Luck and welcome to Nevada!

Getting your feet wet?

You're not going to make too much $$ focusing on showing someone else's rentals...

Why don't you just jump right in!?

I'm speaking on how to become a listing machine this Wednesday at 3-6p at Simon at Palms Place; this is for you:

I am expanding my team and looking for 1 more agent. We handle buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate in Las Vegas, as well as Massachusetts and Rhode Island. If you are interested feel free to reach out.

If you get your real estate license you can handle buying, selling, and leasing should you choose to. If you want to do property management you will need a separate permit for that.

Feel free to shoot me an email or call anytime.

Best Regards,

YES! I have many agents in my brokerage that do this and they do very well! You need to have a "turn and burn" mindset and make about 3 appointments a day!

Our office has over 200 rental leads a month with only 3 agents working those leads. Let me know if you would like to interview if you are not receiving the amount of leads you like at the office of your choice!
