Hi David,

It looks like the real estate men in Big Bear are so far the most responsive...until now :) Thought I would add a little female energy to the pot.

My team and I stand ready to help in every way possible. Last year we closed 52 transactions. In the past 90 days I have closed 17 transactions here in Big Bear. Of those 8 were either REO or short sales. In our market consistently we are seeing REO's and Short Sales weighing in at about 15% of the listings and again consistently representing 40% of the actual sales. In September for Res and Lots they represented 15% in listings and 38% in solds, so they get a substantial part of the market. That of course leaves more than half the sales as normal re sales. My point is that REO's can and do provide great options and values but there are also competitive listings that are simply ready or motivated sellers. Both provide great options for buyers.

Do you have access to SoCal MLS and the Big Bear MLS?
Do you have a list of upcomming REOs that haven't hit the market yet?
Is your company #1 in the Big Bear Real Estate Market and do you have a top Vacation Rental company if my client wants to rent out their vacation home?
