Depends on your carrier but most professionals I work with will recommend a smart phone. I happen to love my SAMSUNG BlackJak II but I don't utilize all the e-mail bells and whistles. (If I did I'd live with my fingers pushing buttons all day on e-mail).

The Blakberry is probably the standard issue device for REALTORS. As much as I like the iPhone, I don't think its as good of a business device.

I own a Blackberry and loves it. However if you are going to use your phone to access the internet go with iPhone.

I love my Blackberry Curve after being a faithful Palm Treo (650 and 755P) user. One of the benefits is the ability to tether my laptop to it for free internet when I can't "borrow" a WI-FI signal while on the road. I'm happy with my Sprint service and the monthly cost so an iPhone isn't an option for me.

I love the Blackberry Curve, but another good choice is the iPhone. Both are excellent.

I would consider the iphone or blackberry curve. both excellent phones. it boils down to touch screen or buttons.

Nick- I have the IPHONE I love it! great apps to work with- fast 3 G internet connection- my clients love it as well I use all appications related to real estate - it's simple- easy and very affordable in the long run
stay away from Blackberry- had too many problems
