There was another question on Trulia very like this a week ago. Look for it. My advice to all new agents is use every opportunity to get face time with anyone that you can tell about your new profession. Also get to know your market and the other agents in your market. All of this is to have stories to tell all of the prople that you are going to be telling about your new profession.
Read Gary Keller's book "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" the first third pertains to where you are now. Avoid spending lots of money and get in front of people all the time. Use open houses to that end also.
