A hard working assistant will give me a huge relieve.
Any recommendation?

If you need a person for free, go to some of the colleges in your area and speak to the counselors. They may be able to do a work study program where the school pays them. You may find students who need the experience without pay (you can bonus them after closing). Stay away from high schools for obvious reasons and when picking young adults, choose someone of your own gender (if you work from home and there's no one else around). You can never be too careful nowadays. Another place is a senior living facility. Many older folks are bored, very talented and may have been in the same field at one time.

Hello Aaron,

how about hiring a virtual assistant?

Jeanne, tell your college junior that for every 2 line items added to the resume, subtracts 30 days from getting a job and adds 10k to the salary. Even if the discipline is not related to sales, real estate sales screams confidence, ability to communicate, exceptional customer service, organizational skills, determination and drive and high self esteem, none of which is taught in college...or loan officer school..lol.

Ah, sounds like a break through moment for you Aaron which is great - that moment when you say I can't do anymore myself - pick a good one and you will likely have a great year.

How about checking out agents that have recently gone into referral?

Good luck,

Great suggestions Bill - I have a college junior, would love to get her to provide support but she is determined to find something non-real estate related at this time. One of these days I'll win her over ;-)
