Inman Conferences are incredible! January's event offers real estate pros to network with global leaders and innovators.

Build international connections, take the CIPS designation, travel abroad, develop relationships. Ultimately, you need to be in a position to do international deals. That means bringing the players and asset together. You can do that by being an expert to a certain group of people.

Or you can do the safer route of being an employee at a global firm, eg CBRE for real estate of a real estate fund at a top bank.

There is an organization called FIABCI - International Real Estate Federation.
You may want to contact them and see if they can head you in the right direction....They have members all over the world, in all facets of the real estate industry.
