Cintia - congrats on making a decision to pursue real estate as a career. You definitely identified a market segment that should prove to be highly productive for you. Any broker's office you walk into will be delighted to add you to their list of agents. However, this could prove to be a costly mistake. More important than who wants you, should be "Who do you want?" You need to choose the organization with proven capability to develop highly productive real estate professionals.

It is the published results you must consider when choosing the broker with which to work. The results is evidence of effective programs, dynamic leadership and exceptional mentoring. When you meet with the respective brokers, say, "Show me the numbers!"

Again, congrats on your decision and best of success to you in Orlando.

Contact your nearest Keller Williams Office. The business model and the Culture of KW is unique and there is not a company that can touch it. Find out for yourself why you are best served with an agent centric company.

Hello Cintiabrazil,

Any brokerage could use the skills and desire of new agent that can speak three languages. I would suggest you interview several brokerages that you might be interested in working for, that fit your ideal location to work and ask them what they will offer you to assist in getting started. It sounds like you have some international connections which any brokerage would be interested in.

good luck and Vive Brazil!

HI CintiaBrazil,

Hope you found a home to park your license. Keller Williams has a great diversity of agents and is always looking for agents that speak spanish or any language. I am a spanish speaking agent in Tampa Bay area and can tell you that having a 2nd language has been a great blessing in my Real estate career. Let me know if you ever need coverage in Tampa as I would be honored to to receive referals from you and I will do the same for the orlando area.

Hi, Multiple languages are an asset these days! If there are that many brazilians buying real estate in your area any broker would be wise to take you on!

You should try Dominium Realty. I'm currently working with them and I know they specialize in Brazilian clients.
