After doing hours of research I choose Rowlett Real Estate School because their Florida online courses are powered by REcampus. REcampus courses are the top of the line and Rowlett Real Estate School had the lowest prices of anyone. I passed my State Exam on the first try by the way. So if you are going to compare Florida Online Real Estate Schools and want to know who has the best Online Real Estate Courses, make sure they are using REcampus. The way you can find out is click to register for the course and if it doesn't say REcampus, back out. I found that the other schools that are using REcampus online courses are charging much more than Rowlett Real Estate School.

I stayed on my course and completed it in less time than the 63 hours. Then I scheduled to take my state exam right after. I believe you do better if you don't drag it out.

HOw long did it take you to complete the online course?
Flag Mon Mar 17, 2014
Rowlett Real Estate School is your #1 choice no doubt.

My sister did the online course with Rowlett Real Estate School and passed her state exam the first time too.

Rowlett Real Estate School has the best prices of all. They use the exact same online course as the other online Florida Real Estate School and they are much cheaper on the price.

My husband and I both took the online pre License course and now have our Florida Real Estate license. We chose Rowlett Real Estate School because it was the only Florida Real Estate School we called where a licensed instructor answered the phone. We highly recommend them. They not only had the best online courses at the best prices, they are fully accredited and state approved.
Good luck with your career!

If you are serious about making a career path in Real Estate, you must sit in a class where there is interaction and the best school is Bob Hogue School of Real Estate. The majority goes as you can see most realtors give them heads up. They specialize in Real Estate and is very thorough and they do care about you having the tools you need for this business.

Been there done that.. didn't pass. after SEVERAL tries.. most people whom i had contacted didn't pass either after their classes.
Flag Sun Mar 23, 2014
I agree it's a lot easier to sit in a class for a couple of weeks and get it done! Also Bob Hogue has a weekend "cram course" to take right before the exam to improve your chances at passing. It's not an easy exam and I have a Bachelors Degree in Business and have passed FINRA Stockbrokerage exams, Series 7, 24, 4, 27 and had extremely high SATs that gave me a full scholarships to attend anywhere in the world. So I would highly recommend arranging your State exam on the Monday following your 2 week course and weekend cram course. It will be the most efficient route with the highest probability of passing on the first attempt. Good luck!

What ever course you pick, DO NOT go with http://www.floridarealestateschool.org or 360training.com or any site that uses it. I did as it is cheap and I find it to be incomprehensible. It feels as if the individual that wrote the content had no understanding of the topics and when you take an assessment quiz, it does not allow you to review or even tell you the right answer if you get one wrong.

I used realestateexpress.com for my pre-license. I highly recommend them as the style made for easy learning. I passed the state exam on my first try after taking that course.

Leslie how are you liking realestateexpress??
Flag Mon Apr 13, 2015
I hope you right Adam, i am going with realestateexpress too, they are the most economic. Since I already have the book, I did not want to pay too much for the course...Thanks
Flag Thu Mar 12, 2015
Did you end up finishing the 360training.com course? I, too, also bought the course at Groupon. I'm only on lesson 7...The issues you mentioned with the assessment are my main gripe.
Flag Wed Jan 14, 2015
I wish I saw this first! I signed up with 360training because it was on special at groupon, I have given up on it. It doesn't save, after 2 hours of studying, it timed out and I had to start over! It is also very boring and outdated. Kept referring to rules that expire in 2008, hello, this is 2014, almost 2015!

For a good cheap online pre-license course go to http://www.nhpRealEstateClass.com. You can get the 63 hour class, the 45 hour post license class plus the prep class for under $199.

For a physical school, I always recommended Bob Hogue School of Real Estate.

I have been researching and looked into Tampa School of Real Estate as well...but I'm having an issue with never being able to actually speak with someone from their office. Every time I get though to Customer Service al I ever get is their answering service I am asked to leave a message.

Wow! I thought Bob Hogue was my little secret, very inexpensive, I have continued to complete all of my continuing education with them as well.

Is that true for the post license 45 hours this school tell you the answers if you click the "help" button?
Flag Wed Feb 12, 2014
Bob Hogue "in person" is what I would recommend. Also the weekend crash course (if they still do it) is the way to go. You can get your license in about 2 weeks if you go this route.

Yep.....Bob Houge gets my vote as well. Reports are that the trainers are professional and students feel prepared at the completion of their program.

There are a ton of options. They all seem very different when in reality they are all very similar. If you do the work and put in the time you should be ok with whatever option you choose. Kiehn Realty Company offers a very inexpensive option that costs only $99. Check them out at http://www.kiehnrealtycompany.com/courses

I have done my course is Acre Institute http:// http://(www.acreinstitute.com), it has classes in English,Spanish and I think Portuguese.

They are very thoughtful and the instructors have a lot of experience in the real estate market. And the best of all, the prices were very good.

They have online and in classroom courses, just choose.

I am doing the online version of the Bob Hogue school.
Let me tell you, that although there's nothing "really" difficult to understand, it's a gargantuan learning experience though. Some of it is massively confusing, especially how the questions are formatted.
There is simply too much information on certain topics and on other topics I am yearning for more information.
There are twenty chapters packed with information. It's our duty to know it all.
Anyone who tells you they can study for the exams in 60~70 hours is either a genius or has a photographic memory. Think more 250 hours plus.

What annoys me the most, is that you can know a chapter really well (and understand it) and still answer the multiple choice questions incorrectly. 70% of the multiple choice questions are deviant. So knowing your study material really well is simply not enough. You must get as many "example" multiple choice questions as possible, so as to get used to their mindset.

Bob Hogue School uses a a book from Linda Crawford, who has done a fine job in summarizing, simplifying, and explaining some pretty complex stuff. On certain topics, it's easy to go off track and Google some of the additional information. It's also useful to Google that information which confuses you in the book (get a second opinion).
In the past years I have taken other multiple choice exams, Series 7 in finance, series 5.
These Real Estate questions get an A+ for being really tricky!!

No matter where you attend real estate school, watch the real estate math videos that are posted on You Tube by "Climer School" The Florida real estate exam has a fifty per cent pass fail rate. many people underestimate this exam and take it several times before they pass. Since the real estate math is ten per cent of the exam is math, Climer School of Real Estate posted these free videos to help anyone that is taking the exam. Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando is a great place to take your real estate course, whether you take it online or in person.

I chose Florida MLS School. Their course is great and I only paid $129 for everything. Included my course, a test prep course for state and math course.
I am getting ready to do my Post License course and will use them again. I saw they are offering 20% off all their courses.

Thanks for posting this, I'm looking at their site now and considering take the course there. I sent them an email this afternoon asking about their accreditation as they're not listed on the PDF on the DBPR (they are accredited.) I received a reply within an hour, I was quite impressed and for $79, I think it's a great deal.
