Yes, I have and love the card and the system, I used it 3 months in a row and had two listings and 4 appointments.... The key is the follow up with who signs into check the price, and than sending them a Thank you card for signing into the web site and let them know your going dropping of a CMA at the door for them.... Like all systems you need to work it.. and I use it to market to all homes that are with in 2 miles from my home, so the drop by is easy as it can get

I used them twice, the first was great! The web capture gave me potential lead feedback. The second unfortunately didn't include the web capture feature (unknown to me). I wondered why I didn't get any feedback, until I went to a client's house and saw the postcard didn't have the web info. When I asked Corefact they said the template I chose didn't have the web capture. It is not easy to find which ones do and don't so be very careful to choose the web capture option. Otherwise, it just another postcard mailer!
ps- Their customer service isn't that great, so if you know of any other providers of these please let me know.

I called them today and if you use the back of the post card that has the mapping it has the capture on it.

As I was emerging from sleep to awake this morning when a voice provided a quote that really does apply for all of us who hire marketing services.

"All the systems are broke, but some prove useful."

Whether you learn by failing or earn by doing, for each agent the success they reveal is deeply rooted in their value matrix. For too many, "I Don't Wanna Do That" prevents getting to the next level.

The all time favorite is direct mail. However, you, not the marketers you hire, are the one that really knows what is on the mind of local home owners. Narrow your message, size your audience, reap the rewards.

They all work, but the don't work for everyone.

I felt like their designs and lead capture system was outdated and inefficient. I'm using geographicfarm now, and it runs circles around them.

Hi Tom, they look pretty pricey. Would you mind sharing if the investment is worth it?
