I'm currently reading/clocking hours on real.estateschoo.org for my first license. I'm a teacher, and relatively intelligent, and can say that this is poorly written info. The quizzes ask questions that sometimes were not covered in the chapter they were quizzing or any previous chapters. The punctuation is poor (I'm an English teacher). Sometimes they ask questions that have two right answers, depending on how you interpret their wording (such as "unique"). Sometimes they get at the same question three times in a quiz. Someone isn't paying attention. But it's cheap, so that suckered me in. Kind of wish I'd spent more and went with Rockwell, as my friend suggested.

I was somehow tricked into signing up with them on a redirect when I intended to sign up for Rockwell. I know sounds dumb....I finally discovered this by wondering how could such a highly recommended course be so bad. I started with it and found it to be no more than reading lines on a screen with very little continuity. I sent in a few questions and it took two weeks for a very indirect answer. Would not recommend.

RockwellInstitute.com

Since this thing wants 25 characters or more, let me repeat. Rockwell Institute. dot com.

Yes, not impressed. Last classes I took for renewal was through webnetrealestateschool.com and I would use them again. The price was right.

Adequate sounds just that. I ususally attend my classes at the Board office. It is convenient and do some networking with other Agents.

Adrian,
I did and found it an easy way to get clock hours. As others have said, nothing special but sufficient.

I took one of their classes for me renewal - it was fine - as good as a great many - for on-line and no personal involvement.

I have. It was fine. Not special but totally adequate.
