I'm currently reading/clocking hours on real.estateschoo.org for my first license. I'm a teacher, and relatively intelligent, and can say that this is poorly written info. The quizzes ask questions that sometimes were not covered in the chapter they were quizzing or any previous chapters. The punctuation is poor (I'm an English teacher). Sometimes they ask questions that have two right answers, depending on how you interpret their wording (such as "unique"). Sometimes they get at the same question three times in a quiz. Someone isn't paying attention. But it's cheap, so that suckered me in. Kind of wish I'd spent more and went with Rockwell, as my friend suggested.
