In the former, a call in to an investor show and a legal show (stop foreclosure) allowed showcasing the depth of ones knowledge and repeated contact opportunites and actual real time leads.
Think of this in the same shift as priint advertising. Advertorials work, print ads do not.
Providing solutions work, buying radio ads do not for real estate agents.
