Well I have promoted myself not a general property but from that had questions come in about certain properties... so yes it helps I used my myspace have not tried the Facebook!!! Good luck...

FIRST ANSWER
NoI have not tried that yet, Craigs list was working very well before everyone else jumped on the wagon.
When things are not listed in order as they are on Craigs list I would think a lot would have to do with key words.
