The first question to ask is what you want to use the website for?
If you are looking for her first website that is easy to use and a template format, then Advanced Access may be a very good choice. You have the option of using much of their standard material to get you going and you do have the option to create unique content yourself. I had an Advanced Access site for years and used it this way. But, the major limitation is that it is difficult to get rankings in the search engines if that is your objective. Some AA sites rank well on Google because they have a lot of original content and very little of the canned, standard content. But it is very difficult to rank on Yahoo with an AA site. Last I heard, Advanced Access did not have a built-in blog. That is becoming almost essential to get good search engine rankings. I heard the leading search engine here from Google actually say that WordPress was the most search engine friendly platform available. So, you might want to investigate a platform that incorporates a WordPress blog with a real estate website. One example of that is the provider I use. The url is listed below. I started with Z57.com for 1 year, great looking site,No Capture.I now use ALAMODE.com/AgentXsite. Great website, ability to customize my pages, and best of all ...listings exchange. This allows other agents from across the US. to share listings with your site. It actually gets you more hits and that translates to higher rankings on all search engines.I am pleased with Alamode.com.Check out my website and see for yourself.

The "Creator" has a web site? www.GOD.com? Wow!! I guess EVERYONE IS on the internet! Seriously, I've got 5 web sites and have just NOW started getting action from them. I have a person in my office who is tweaking my sites. I have Advanced Acess for my "named/branded" web site: www.MikeKelly.com and then have "Success Web Sites" for my "stealth" sites: www.NorthBayFixerUppers.com andhttp:// www.SonomaCountyHomePricing.com. It grew out of my Craig Procor coaching program. I also hooked up with a very limited, static site which I DON'T like at all as it leaves me litle customization but it's specific for "Short-Sales" www.SonomaCountyShortSales.com and I have "Blogging Systems" for my radio show blog: www.MikesRealEstateShow.com. I think the nicest TECH SUPPORT in the industry so far is Top Producer. I'm now getting used to 8i (kinda sucks!) but the tech support is absolutely stellar. Best in Class in my book!!

I have been using Myers and will continue to do so until I can get the new site I am building up to speed with SEO. I really don't like the "static" web sites but I think the public still expects them. I am designing one with office live right now and will see if I can reach high enough on Google to get rid of the Myers site.
I might just go to a blog format for all of my online real estate marketing. Good Luck Sun Mar 9 2008, 20:33 Web Reference: http://www.pugetsoundrealestatetoday.com

Good evening, Ty: I have used my Point2 site now for 3 years. I started out with the free version but as I found out all the amazing features available it was a no brainer to upgrade. The site captures specific visitor information, provides a " hand shake " feature allowing reciprocal exposure for listings, excellent listing info, etc. The " Drip email " feature is excellent : allows you to use included editable emails or create your own for auto responses, requests. I can put a very nice customized email about a great listing and send it to my customer lists in less than 15 minutes ! If you would like more info I would try to help in any way I can. I use Top Producer as a contact manager and we also have the website. It's a package deal. Great support, and I really like the tracking software on the backend that allows me to see what's working and what's not. That said, another awesome company is Image Pro take a test drive FREE for 14 days. Very cost effective and allows for video clips . Good looking website for less than $50 a month. http://www.imageprowebsite.com/index.php?p=xtrial
