Has anyone ever done a certified comp? If so what are the liabilites with it?

found out it was simply a comp on broker letterhead for the government. No biggie, she just had her own name for it

Seriously, In 30 years, I have NEVER heard of a 'certified comp'! Comps are on persons opinion on value. An appraisal is certified, but only for the day it was given.... Do you mean a BPO? Tell me more, you have me curious!!
