- Single ad in a local newspaper
- Trulia & Zillow
- Local MLS
- Emailing Open House Flyers to area agents
- Sending open house flyers to neighbors
I hope this helps!
Thanks for the ideas; I'm actually doing most of them already and was trying to figure out something "outside the box" as well.
I have a word of caution with Craigslist - I had a sex offender in the prison system stalking me for a while from a Craigslist home for sale ad. Pretty creepy!
People like to see video and pictures. Emphasize what's great about the home.
Craigslist is another option that is free.
You've seen the light......as have many other agents. There are any number of web options to publicize open houses, including trulia but we rely on two important factors: Open house signs and the homes natural visibility.
For this reason, we evaluate the homes location and visibility prior to taking the listing. After price, curb appeal, and community....the homes location relative to traffic and visibility may be the next most imoprtant selling factor.
Yes! Less paper, more net........smart, very smart!
