Fellow Agents: I need your help. I am looking for a rental property.

I need to find a rental property for good clients. They have great fico and the funds. They need the following:
2,000 sft minimun, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms minimum. Good condition, and ready to moving. Max renta $4,500 a month. Preferred areas: Santa Monica, West LA, Culver City, Marina del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Cheviot Hills.

If in the San Fernand Valley; they need a POOL. Areas of interest: Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Granada Hills (north of Rinaldi), Northridge, Porter Ranch. Please provide listings or info. They need to moving in before 0601/2011. Thank you.

2Lynn, in California, very few listings are put on the MLS for rentals. Most of them are pocket listings.

I commend you Juan for reaching out to the public here, Craigslist and Trulia has some fake rentals listed so it is difficult for renters to find a home. Also, because someone may have a listing for sale, but haven't thought about renting it, yet.

Juan, give this a try... search the MLS for homes which are not short sale and not REO which are vacant and approach the listing agent regarding the possibility of a rental.

If you are a broker why don't you try MLS for a rental search
