I don't have the 'Badge" but my activity, and posting my own listings have given me several leads that have resulted in completed sales.

I just signed up for Pro so we will see in a few weeks if it delivers as promised. I will keep you posted.

Lets say this.....It does not hurt to have it :)

If you were a consumer and you had to pick from a pool of agents to call, that badge might be the one thing that sets you apart from others.

Think of two exact soldiers standing side by side, one has more metals on his chest then the other. You have no idea what the medals mean, but in your mind you are thinking "wow, he must be a good soldier"

Same concept

Once upon a time, everything worked well on Trulia, but every since they've gone after the Wall Street big bucks, it seems they have completely lost interest in their core business: agents.

So my answer is NO, this does not work anymore on Trulia, neither do so many of their advertising schemes. Once they burn an agent for their hard-earned advertising bucks, those agents will not return.

It is not a huge booster Bill, but I got it with a coupon from Active Rain for like $60 so I've spent worse money.

The average consumer has no idea what it means. You can prove yourself better by answering questions and blogging useful material. Buyers will look to you as a resource for valuable information over time.
