I am a renovation lending expert with Southwest Funding. Formerly at Wells Fargo in the renovation team, I know the differences in processing, funding, and support. Southwest Funding offers great rates and a fantastic streamlined underwriting flow. Let me know how I can help.

I actually met with a Branch Manager at Chase and they have several programs for renovations, including the 203k.... Go online to chasepreferredagent.com for your local branch

Hi Nick - Flagstar Bank, Broker Capital Funding. And as others have mentioned any lender that offers FHA financing, they will offer home renovation loans. Good luck!

You might want to try one of the FHA products as they have several loans available that address's renovation.
