Adela,

OMG - How are you??? I'm sorry I have no info on Flagstar. I'm working several currently but they're the 'garden variety' BAC, Citi, Chase, WFB and GreenTree. You and I both discussed there are no silver bullets for these, just dogged determination which nobody appreciates or understands. I'll send you a private email of another source better for these kinds of questions.

All my best,

Adela the best path is often calling teh regual number on your bill, ask for the hoem retention department. It is often best to have a well expereinced listing agent who uses a professional negotiator on your behalf, that gets the best results.
