Keep in mind that opinions are often subjective and what may be good for one, may not necessarily be the case for another--in order to make an informed decision, interview with as many companies as needed-- look for great training programs as well as on-going programs, support and support staff, commission splits, any fees if applicable, etc.; interview them just as much as they interview you--then go from there--all the best to you.

Zip should instantly get you up and running. They generate a lot of leads with their web marketing and rebate program. The payout is the lowest in Tampa Bay but when you're first starting out it may be the best way to go.

Hi Thomas,

I do not have any experience working with them. I can tell you though that when I started I wanted a company at the forefront of training. I found that at Keller Williams. The training is superb and although they do have split and fees, I feel they have been well worth it. Let me know if you are interested in hearing more. Call me at (813) 679-5307. I am at the KW Office located in Channelside. Good luck in your career and welcome to the industry.
