Does anyone have a great Mortgage Broker in Las Vegas? I recently had to stop using my 4th lender in 2 years for constantly delaying Escrow.

Please feel free to contact me direct at 702-897-5000. I worked for a variety of Licensed Mortgage Bankers/Brokers for many years (13) and can put you in touch with the best Las Vegas has to offer. Whatever the issues they will get you straight answers without running your credit over and over and damaging your ability to purchase.

I would use Sultana Fox - 702-561-7262 with Imortgage. They are a great company, and Sultana, is very responsive or will call you back with a reasonable time. The Loan process is also done pretty fast as well at closing. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Phillip , I think Ryan Walker and Pam Clark are the very best. I have been through many but now that I have those two , Im sticking with them. No hidden fees etc, both very honest people who work hard. Pam even goes to big events going on in town to market herself on weekends. At least give them a call and interview them. I am very hard on my lenders. I expect a timely reply on my emails and calls and expect updates without having to hound them for them. Both of these Two are great .
Ryan Walker 480-5576
Pam Clark 581-5219

It doesnt hurt to give them a call and tell them what you expect from a team member,

Hi Philip'
Please call Rami Benaroya at 702-430-5600. In 8 years working with him, I didn't have even one escrow failed. he answers ALWAYS and is direct lender so it will be very fast. The most important is that he will tell you up front if it will happen and how long and that's exactly what will be. Just tell him my name Ivana Alexander and he will take extra care.
Best Regards,
