Do you have a great program for a drip campaign? I'm shopping! Please let me know if you like one program over another.

My office at KW uses MarketLeader. Its a lead generating CRM system that allows for email and print marketing campaigns. It is integrated with your website and its been successful touching base with past clients and potential leads. The prices are fair and its all in one system, very convenient. Trulia and MarketLeader just merged recently too so Trulia leads can be incorporated into that system.

Hope this helps your decision!

I use Leadstreet with Re/Max. Some agents in our office use Market Leader. I have previously used Top Producer and Back Agent.

If you search for it you can create your own drip series for different types of clients. Save the series to google drive and set a weekly reminder using google calendar. That is the free way. Realty Juggler is cloud based less than $100 a year and has a 90 day free trial. The drip is just one part of your keep in touch campaign.

Great advice! I continue to use Outlook and updated Microsoft based suit programs for all my real estate marketing and database needs. Works terrific and does not cost me a dime. Free is always good in any event!

Hi Carol. I've never used a type "drip campaign" in all the years I've been in real estate. Instead of the information being round filed (trashed) it's deleted (click) in majority of cases and according to what folks have said in my database. I stay in touch monthly. Some folks prefer emails, others perfer mailers, and I visit those who enjoy face-to-face contact. I'm hands-on and never rely on technology as an all-inclusive approach to letting folks know I'm the agent for them. I think I've been doing something right because the majority of my business is referrals.

Every CRM porvides the ability to send email to anyone. Even gMail and Yahoo does. Most brokerages provide drip cabability.
Of course NONE of those drip emails will be read.
So, what do you REALLY want?
What you should want is a marketing strategy that is referred to as VBM.
VBM is Value Based Marketing.
VBM is the magic sauce that gets the email read and the reader to respond as you intend.
Now, THAT, is the holy grail of marketing.

Best of success,

I have been using Top Producer for over 1 year and its amazing. They do not only have drip campaigns but they have a bunch more to offer. If you want to learn more about Top Producer I am an authorized reseller and can show you how this amazing data base works. Please reach out to me via email or phone so that I may better explain the program.
