Nothing else matters if that isn't accomplished. Too many people try to make this job way to difficult. The agents who are successful are the ones who pound the basics and who will pick up the phone and make an appointment. The electrionic media is an easy way to stay extremely busy and go broke, but you will have a great excuse.
