Hello Tabatha,

I like to drive my buyers, as it gives me time to talk with them and get to know them a little better.

Hey Tabatha. I think it depends on the situation. If I am showing just one home, I meet them there. If I am showing multiple homes and I have only 1-2 people going, I like to have them ride with me. It helps me to get to know them a bit more, and to listen to them discuss the homes we are viewing. My two cents. Good luck to you !

Hi Tabatha,

It depends. sometimes I will meet them at the first showing and ride together. Someimes it is a family and then we need to drive seperately.

Hi Tabatha,
I prefer that my clients ride with me so that we can talk along the way. Riding with me helps if they are unfamiliar with the area as then I can point out places of interest such as schools, parks, shopping malls, good restaurants, etc. It also gives me the opportunity to describe the amenities offered in each neighborhood as we drive through them.

And, last but not least....it saves on gasoline!

Best wishes to you!

Most of the time, I drive separately with clients. I have had clients request to drive me or I drive them to certain properties, but this only happens for clients that I have built a relationship with, ex: investors.

I prefer and I believe that most times my clients also prefer to drive separatly. The exceptions would be a relocation or an elderly client. But honestly there is no right way, just a comfort level.

I usually meet them at the first property, then they follow me from there, but it usually depends on a lot of factors, to include family size. However, most people prefer to meet me at the first home, but all of this is after our initial meeting.

Both! It depends on the situation. ie; there are times when the buyer brings a number of family members and it is more convenient if they follow. Sometimes you will have the clients meet you at the home to be previewed. Normally I drive and have my clients leave their car at my office.

It depends. Most of my customers are families with three or four members. In that case is better if they drive in their car. I have small car. If is one or two persons, is better if I drive them.

Best of Luck,

Tabatha,
As Judi says, take Buyers with you so you can use the time to understand their needs and likes, and to bond with them.

To that, I would add that because I live in a resort area, and many of my Buyers are from a different state or country, I also use the time to orient them to the area, pointing out places that might have special appeal to them. Good luck.

Whenever possible I put them in the car with me. The time spent in the car is a great time to bond and just as importantly to make sure you understand what they like and don't like about the houses you are showing them. I have closed many a deal during those car rides....
