21 so far Do any of you do BPOs for LandSafe? If yes, have your orders slowed? I'm used to getting 15 @ a time & a min of 60 a month & have only gotten 21 so far this month and if I'm lucky 8 at a time but, it seams that if I decline one, they don't send any more until I finish what they have given me. I have been working for them for 3 years and this is the slowest it has been since I started with them. Also, I do the northside, orange park, middleburg, san jose, & mandarin (32221, 32210, 32212, 32244, 32222, 32065, 32073, 32068,32003 32043, 32057, 32223, 32217) for the most part, does anybody else do these areas, it would be nice to corroborate on properties which have been assigned to us both to compare our pricing

Yes I do in Miami. The max tier one gets is 6 per day. I used to get 15 to 20 a month .. no more. Since the last 2 months I get 1 or 2 a day if that. I'm still at tier 1. Its lousy.

I'm hearing that the new submission site LS/BofA uses (Inspection Port) is poorly designed and requires the agents to do 2 to 3 times the amount of work previously required FOR LESS MONEY.
It appears that agents and clients alike are looking elsewhere for a professional provider.

Only time will tell if LS/BofA takes an objective look and decides the change was in error, because it's painfully obvious to the rest of us.

I am in Dallas,Tx and I was told that Texas and 25 other states are now "APPRAISAL ONLY " states...... I did about 30-40 bpo per month. Now ZERO.
An other banks you know of have bpo work?

BPOs will slow down due to new financial reform law. It states that AVM/BPO can not be used in a financial decission and lenders must use appraisals. That is what I am being told by lenders.

I do not do BPO's for LandSafe. I have not been doing to many BPO's at all becuase I have not had the time but I know a few agents that have told me that it is getting harder to get them. I think it has a little to do with there are so many agents doing this as supplement income.
