Client moving to Florida? How do you pick an agent?
The west coast of Florida is still selling properties, giving people the opportunity to purchase beach and waterfront community homes at fantastic prices. Many people are picking up retirement places, vacation homes and snowbird condos NOW, vs. in a few years.
If your clients are moving to Florida, how do you pick an agent to refer them to? Company affiliation? Education? Referral fee structure?

Regina, you can certaintly go the referral route. I am making great connections with agents on this site and Activerain. If they are coming to Central Florida let me know we can talk. I have years of working with buyer experience. Good Luck.
