Start calling their Customer Service number. Do it when you have a few moments downtime in the car if you have to, but let them know what's going on. Why are WE putting in time if they are not????

Not sure what the issue is; however, I have used the "Add" tab under Get Recommendations as follows:
Ask your clients to email you their recommendation(s). When recâ€™d copy/paste under the "Add" tab page, fill in your clientâ€™s contact info and hit the â€œRequest Verificationâ€ button. Trulia sends to the recommendation to the Client's email so they can verify it. Once they do, it will show up under your profile and I believe you also get a notification email.
