Maurita Kling, Home Buyer in 04578

Can you refer me to a Buyer's agent in Payson area?

Asked by Maurita Kling, 04578 Wed Jun 22, 2011

We live in Maine! Can't get out there very often to look ourselves, but plan to retire end of the year. Payson looks good, but photos don't tell the whole story......

Dear Maurita:

Welcome to Arizona (almost).

If you are looking for pine trees and lakes besides Payson think about Flagstaff, Prescott, Springerville, The White Mountains. Mt. Lemon (Tucson). There are also some other moderate elevation locations ike Patagonia and Elgin (birdwatchers).

Depending where you choose, I can refer you to the right person.

Hello, Maurita-
My partner, Paul Bates, and I have been buying, selling and investing in Payson for 16 & 31 yrs respectively.
We would love to have the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs. We can show you comps so you can see what neighborhoods are valued at and we can send you all the pertinent information of the Payson area and community events, statistics, etc. Right now Paul is up in Bangor and Portland, Maine for the week. He's from Mars Hill. He's going to head up to Canada to go fly-fishing Sunday but will be coming back to Payson on 7/2.
In the meantime, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and send you info on any properties you might be interested in. Please email me at joy.richards@erayoung.net or you can call me at 928-978-2373. Let me know what you are looking for and a price range. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards,

Good to hear from you in Maine! My sister and her family have lived in the Brunswick/Topsham area for the past 35 years. Her husband ( a Whitney) was born and raised in upper Maine. I have visited there many times... In the cool summer, of course. Beautiful country.

I have been a successful Real Estate Professional for 17 years in Payson, and an Associate Broker for the past l0 years. I have a background in banking and customer service. My sister loves Payson, and I hope you will, too. I will be happy to send you buyer information now, and keep you up to date on the latest new listings as they come on the market. My website is http://www.paysonhome.com. You will find a virtual tour of some of Payson's sites and and some pictures. I would love to work with you on finding a home here; and will make it as much fun and easy for you as possible. You may call me at 928-978-9100 or e-mail me zuneangel@yahoo.com
