Can anyone suggest a good showing feedback online survey program?

Asked by Sinead McAllister, Oceanside, CA Wed May 11, 2011

I use a print form that I fax and/or scan and email to other real estate agents that have shown my listings. I recently received a comment on one of my feedback sheets that they would prefer if I had an online/electronic survey. Can anyone suggest a good one?

http://www.showingfeedback.com is the right price(free) and has basic functionality that gets the job done. I used homefeedback.com before and get about the same response rate with both.

Since http://www.showingfeedback.com is out of business, I have recently tried http://www.ezshowings.com which is also a free service. So far it has met my needs but I will try SurveyMonkey.com also as mentioned by Brian.

Weird, it didn't work for me. I tried ezshowings, but couldn't complete registration. I will try survey monkey.

Hi Sinead,

http://www.homefeedback.com works well and connects with our sentrilock lockbox system.

Best,

If you don't want a service specific to showings that you can customize however you want, Survey Monkey tends to have a good service and it is also free.

It's more than real estate. It's RAYL-Estate!
