First Security Mortgage in sorrento valley. The broker's name is Paul, they have been in business in San Diego since 1972, longer than ANYONE ELSE, and it's for a reason. Theyre darn good and super helpful and they get it done faster than anyone. They helped me out big time.

We were also approved by Windvest but fortunately didn't need hard money. However, Andre was our go to guy and if we would have needed $$ he would have been the man we would have wanted to work with.

If you need a hard money lender for residential, owner occupied, then I don't think there are any lenders that can meet that need; however, if you are looking for anything else, call Sunbelt Financial Corp and ask for Cheryl Green. The phone number is 858-547-9883 ext 301. This company is great and they aren't in it to rip people office. Cheryl will also be able to tell you who else can help you if she can't.

I am biased but I am a darn good private money lender. I am based right here in the heart of San DIego. I can usually get to a property in under 24 hours to look at it and give you a quick answer. Normally on slam dunk deals I can do that over the phone.

are there any lenders who will go more than 65% LTV? I am looking at a specific property that does not qualify for conventional loans. Issues are: "unhealthy" owner/occupancy ratio.
