Best provider for single property websites sites?

Asked by Vik Wadhwa, Chicago, IL Tue Feb 9, 2010

There are many providers of single property websites - these sites let you set up a website just for a specific property such as http://www.123mainstreet. I've used a couple of these vendors in the past, but wanted to see what other agents thought of the various vendors - likes / dislikes / pricing / marketing distribution etc...?

I prefer Listing Envy. They are the new kids on the block. http://www.listingenvy.com/

It's simple, beautiful, clean, and incredibly easy to set up. They allow you to purchase a custom domain during the listing setup if you want to go that route. Also, their sites are fully responsive which means that they work on EVERY device.

Hey there -

Have you tried Single Property Sites? They are easy to administer and great at service. Plus they give you widgets to add to your own site. Pretty cool and fairly reasonable.

Hi Vikas,
I use ListingDomains.com for most of my listings. It is on the expensive side but gives me all the features I am looking for.

Hey Vikas
Try ListingMoves.com for your next listing. You will be very pleased and impressed: specially with the fact that everything's integrated under one roof.
Best of all your first listing's totally free with no obligation for anything nor a credit card being necessary :-)
Warm wishes

Vikas,

I use alamode for my web site. It is a nice package and you can create individual sites for each property as well.
