Any agents experiencing the new buzz in the Market Place ?

Recently I have been working with buyers who wish to put in offer's over the list price on certain properties. Many great deals here In Las Vegas . listings that are priced to sell and show well have multiple offers. Investors are coming back into our market and buying up properties once again. I see many homes moving to sold status. Its great.... anyone have any simular experiences.
