Agents, what are your Halloween plans? Do you use Trick-or-Treating as a way to meet and network with your neighbors?

Well, first I'll jack the local kids up on as much sugar as can be packed into candy. What, exactly were their parents thinking.
Then, now is this is the great part....

I'm going to an Open House!
A well known Sears Roebuck home, famous for reported para-normal activity, will be spooked out for those who dare tempt fate. At 11:30 PM me and who knows who else will be consuming the listing agents leftover Trick-or-Treat candy, and waiting to hear from the un-dead. Who says you can't have fun in St Petersburg?

I don't really have any active business "Marketing" plans however I am going to a get together with friends where I am sure real estate will come up at some point.

I do have to show property first thing the next morning so if anything I can't have too good of a time because of "work"!

Thanks,

Hello Emily, with the kids I never thought of the network piece but this is a good idea. Best Costume competition and more!

thanks
