Hello Wpr4u. I think what you are really asking is how you add properties that you find on Trulia to "My Saved Homes." Here are the instructions that I found on Trulia:
"Get started saving your favorite homes!
You've signed up for your My Trulia account—now the fun can start.
Start your house hunt by entering your city, neighborhood, or ZIP code of choice into the search box above.
Save homes that you're interested in by clicking the "[+] Save to My Trulia" link in each row on the results page, or from the property details page.
Find all your Saved Homes in My Trulia.
Save your searches, and set daily or weekly email updates for new listings matching your search. "
I think when you click on the little house icon with the plus sign in the tools section (right hand column on the property detail page), the home that you are looking at is being saved to your homes.
I hope this was what you were looking for.

I agree with Erin. You need a buyer's agent who represents your interests to review the property condition with you, help you coordinate getting the right inspectors in to give you a fully informed view of the condition of the home. Having someone give you more inside photos isn't the same as going to the property yourself, having experts give you information, and getting a complete picture firsthand.
