If the home lies within a homeowners association then dues are mandatory and in fact if you do not pay the homeowners association dues the association may foreclose on the property. Homeowners Association dues are often used for common areas, security gates to neighborhood, amenities such as community pools, club houses, tennis courts. The association dues can vary widely depending on amenities of the neighborhood, strength of the association and sometimes age of the development.
The particular property you ask about does not fall within a homeowners association. For more information on Elk Grove area homes, please feel free to visit my website at www.AllElkGroveHomes.com.... more
Great work Erin! I had a tennis court on my property (earlier property than I own now) We had a smaller clearance than that and a high fence. We were located on .9 acre, which included a complete layout with landscaping, pool, horse area, etc. I believe Erin's estimate to be high.
Googleearth 8044 Indian Creek Drive in Orangevale for a layout if you want to see a visual. I think I still have the information on who built it...if that helps..... more
