There are two on Bellhurst that are new bank owned properties. It'll be a while till they are on the market because one sold on 8/21 and one sold on 8/1. The agent that will be handling those is evicting the tenants/owners. Once that process is done the agent will turn on the utilities, clean the place up, research any liens on the property, do a final BPO and get the final price on the house and list it. The process takes 2-5 months, normally.
The one thing I don't like about the Realty Trak model is that people are led to believe that they can buy the property for $165.7K when the foreclosed amount doesn't really matter. The bank will price it to the market when they get to that stage.
