It's really hard to find good Alzheimer's care. We had a very hard time finding a good way to take care of my grandmother. We all care about her but it is very time consuming. She really needs 24/7 supervision in order to stay safe. I hope your problem is resolved soon.

The public records are not always accurate, but it is something that you should check-out. I just had to fix a similar problem on my motherâ€™s house as I wanted to make sure this didnâ€™t raise a red flag when she tries to sell. It could be an unpermitted addition or just a miscalculation on the part of the assessor. In my momâ€™s case it was because the assessor didnâ€™t include the enclosed breezeway in the square footage even though it was in the permit that way. It was a 300 square foot difference.... more
