To my knowledge there is no such tool that is available. It would be difficult to operate and maintain since HOA fees can change at any time, depending upon what work might need to be done in any given development.
The "average" HOA in the West Los Angeles area is over 300.00 per month. For higher end developments with many amenities, it's not unusual to see twice that amount or even more, it just depends upon what the development is offering the home owners. The more amenities that must be maintained, the higher the HOA fees are going to be.

Purchasing a condo on the Wilshire Corridor within walking distance to U.C.L.A and Westwood Village is really a great purchase, in my opinion. I lived in the The Wilshire Selby Tower and it offered 24 hour security, laundry, pool, spa. It had a balcony, large closets, private parking space. This area is so close to the best restaurants, shops, the Hammer museum and other cultural attractions. Safe, clean, convenient and exciting. Also the Hammer Museum offers alot of programs, at no cost. It is 3 minutes from Beverly Hills and 5 minutes from San Monica. With all the students at UCLA, you will not have any problems with getting it rented.... more
